Starship Orbiter

The Starship Orbiter is a clever and space-savvy combination of a merry-go-round and a rope climber. So, it provides two different experiences in one structure: fun on the inside and a challenge on the outside. The structure is designed to pique the curiosity of kids from the moment they set their eyes on it. The ropes are stretched outside of the structure, where kids can test their climbing skills. The real challenge begins when the surface starts moving back and forth as kids climb, requiring them to use their balance and coordination skills. The sense of how to move confidently on moving surfaces that they’ll gain from this experience will benefit them on and off the playground. While some kids test their climbing skills on the outside, others can get inside the orbiter to enjoy the merry-go-round. There’s a small door within the net climber near ground level, which allows kids to get inside. And since, kids need each other to get the Starship Orbiter spinning, it’s a social playground feature too.
