Nicolas BreedloveCEO
Nic is the company’s founder, CEO, and driving force.
His innovation and entrepreneurial spirit have grown our company from its humble beginnings to the playground empire we are today.
Always striving for ‘A better way to play’, Nic works tirelessly to design and provide high-quality, affordable play equipment, and to continue growing our network of dealer partners nationwide.
When he’s not working, you’ll find him spending time with his family, traveling the world, and dreaming up new ideas for playgrounds!
Gage BrownProject Development/Quality Assurance Specialist
Gage joined our design team in 2018. Born and raised in Indiana, he attended Purdue School of Engineering and Technology for 3D Modeling and Animation, graduating with a bachelor’s degree in Computer Graphics Technology.
Before working as a designer, he worked in computer technology. When he isn’t sketching up new ideas for equipment or rendering structures for the sales team, he enjoys home remodeling projects, working on cars, and tinkering with electronics.
Ashley JarvisStrategic Account Manager
Ashley has been with us since 2017. Her main focus is handling all aspects of dealer accounts from helping to answer questions, placing product orders and more.
In her free time, she likes to spend time with her husband and two sons, Liam and Lucas.
She also enjoys spending time with friends, and cheering on the Indianapolis Colts and Pacers.
April RussumSales Assistant
April joined us in 2018 as the Accounts Receivable Assistant. Her main responsibilities are handling assisting the sales department as needed and keeping things like installations running smoothly.
Born into a Navy family in Arlington, TX, and raised in Oak Harbor, WA, she is now settled in Indianapolis.
In her free time, she loves to spend time with her husband and children, play video games, and cheer on the Texas Rangers. Before working in the playground industry, April was a hairstylist.
Richard RussumIT Manager
Richard has been with the company in various roles since 2013. As IT Manager, his primary focus is ensuring that technology around our various offices are functional and up to date.
He works tirelessly to manage our supply chain, overseas shipping logistics, and ensure that all in-stock items are kept up to date. If there is ever an issue, Richard is our go-to guy!
Born and raised in Arlington, TX, he worked in the video game industry before finding a home with PlaygroundEquipment.com. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his wife and children, playing video games, working on cars, and learning anything he can about science and technology.
Eugene FloresInventory Lead
Eugene joined our growing design team in 2018, taking on the role of Warehouse and Design Team Assistant. His main focus is ensuring that our inventory of play equipment is accurate and up to date.
He ensures that every shipment contains detailed instructions and a comprehensive list of components. Before working in the playground industry, he worked as a carpenter.
After moving to Indianapolis from the Chicago area, he uses his spare time to discover new restaurants, museums, and places to visit.
He also enjoys learning to cook, practicing tattoo artistry, and participating in any exercise or physical activity that gets the blood pumping!
Lacey JarvisCOO
Lacey has been with the company since 2016, first starting as Administrative & Financial Manager. She works hard each day to ensure that the company finances and office are efficient, organized, and running smoothly.
Born and raised in Indianapolis, she spent time working in childcare before joining the PlaygroundEquipment.com family.
In her free time, she loves outdoor activities, going out with friends, and spending time with her son, Ryder.
Michael CripeWarehouse Manager - TX
Michael has been with PlaygroundEquipment.com in various roles since 2015.
He is currently the Warehouse Manager at our Houston, TX warehouse, and his primary duty is ensuring that all outbound shipments are properly packaged, with all components accounted for. He also ensures all packages go out in a timely fashion and are sent to the correct location.
In his free time, Michael enjoys spending time outside, playing baseball, and hanging out with his dog, Finley.
Derick HancockQuality Assurance Specialist - Support
Derick joined our Design Team in 2015 and has since become a Quality Assurance Specialist. Born and raised in Indiana, he attended Purdue School of Engineering and Technology for 3D Modeling and Animation, graduating with a Bachelor’s in Computer Graphics Technology.
When he isn’t managing the design team, and dreaming up exciting new structures and play equipment for PlaygroundEquipment.com, he enjoys spending time with his wife, playing video games, and rock climbing. He also loves model building, drawing, and painting.
