Product Description
The Assisted Step Up Station is designed for toddlers, older adults, and people with mobility challenges to mount surfaces which are difficult for them to climb directly. If installed in isolation, users can also perform basic step-ups to get the heart pumping or perform muscle-focused exercises like squats and lunges. These exercises build strength in the core, quads, hamstrings, and glutes. There’s an ergonomically designed handrail on one side to hold on for support when users feel like losing balance. Users can also leverage the height of the steps to add intensity to workouts such as holding a dumbbell as the gravitational pull gets stronger with elevations. The Assisted Step Up Station has a high-quality steel built which helps it remain intact for a long time. The steps have a textured surface which provides the much needed traction against slipping. Its perforations also drain off water quickly after rainfall so the surface doesn’t become a safety hazard. The powder-coated finish comes in a range of colors and keeps rust at bay.
